  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders involving customisation or made-to-order (MTO) pieces may require additional time as specified on the product page or communicated separately.
  • Processing timelines exclude Sundays and public holidays.

 

2. Delivery Timelines

 

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

 

  • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days (subject to customs clearance and local regulations)
  • Made-to-Order / Custom Products: As per product-specific timelines communicated at the time of purchase

 

These timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or customs procedures.


 

3. Packaging & Handling

 

All products are carefully packaged using protective materials designed to preserve the condition of the product during transit. While we take utmost care in packaging and handling, transit risks associated with third-party logistics providers cannot be entirely eliminated.


 

4. Transfer of Risk

 

Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon handover of the shipment to our authorised delivery partner.


 

5. Delivery & Acceptance

 

  • Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
  • If the package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, you may refuse acceptance at delivery and notify us immediately.
  • Once accepted, the delivery shall be deemed complete.

 

6. Damages, Defects & Issues

 

  • Any issues related to damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting images or videos.
  • Requests raised beyond this period may not be accepted, subject to evaluation.
  • This policy does not apply to normal wear and tear or minor variations inherent to handcrafted or bespoke products.

 

7. Shipping Charges & Customs (International Orders)

 

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.
  • Such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by SYBARIS.

 

8. Made-to-Order Products

 

Made-to-order and customised products are governed by Clause 10 of the Terms & Conditions. These products are crafted specifically for the customer and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
